Gets an ordered sequence of unique start dates used by duration facts in the instance.

Type: xs:dateTime*

Returns the sequence of all distinct start dates defined for facts of type duration in the instance, ordered by date and time. If no facts of type duration are present, an empty list is returned. Contexts not used for facts are ignored.

If the instance contains a mixture of datetimes with and without timezones, all datetimes without a timezone should be listed before those with a timezone.
